Terms and Conditions

1. What these terms cover

These terms apply to the currency and cryptocurrency exchange service, and to the digital services ordered through this website. By placing an order you accept them.

2. The exchange service

We exchange value between the payment methods listed on the site. We are a counterparty to your exchange, not a broker or custodian: we do not hold balances on your behalf, and there is no account balance to withdraw.

3. Rates and fees

The rate and fees shown when you place an order are the rate and fees applied to that order. They are stored with the transaction and are not recalculated afterwards.

Rates change continuously. A rate shown on the calculator is an offer to transact at that moment and is held for a limited period, shown on screen, after which you will need a new quote.

4. Your responsibilities

You must give accurate receiving details. Transfers to a wrong account cannot generally be reversed, and we cannot recover funds sent to details you supplied.
You must send payment from an account you control, and submit the transaction reference so that we can identify your payment.
You must not use the service for anything unlawful, or on behalf of a third party without telling us.

5. Our responsibilities

We will process orders during the hours shown on the site and within the estimated times shown for each exchange pair. Estimates are estimates.
We verify payments before sending a payout. Verification can take longer where a payment is unclear or where additional checks are required.
We will record the payout reference against your order when funds are sent.

6. Verification

Some exchange pairs and amounts require identity verification. Where verification is required, you will be told before you place the order, not afterwards.

We may decline or delay an order where we cannot verify a payment, where the details do not match, or where we are required to make further checks.

7. Rejections, cancellations and refunds

An order may be rejected where payment cannot be verified, where the receiving details are invalid, or where we cannot complete it for another stated reason. Where a rejected order has been paid for, a refund will be arranged to the account the payment came from.

You may cancel an order before payment. After payment, contact support rather than cancelling.

8. Limits

Minimum and maximum amounts, and daily limits, are shown for each exchange pair and may change.

9. Digital services

Digital service work is quoted individually. A quote sets out the scope; work outside that scope is quoted separately. Deliverables and revision counts are those stated in the accepted quote.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our liability in relation to an order is limited to the amount of that order.

We are not liable for losses caused by details you supplied incorrectly, by delays at a payment provider or network outside our control, or by movements in exchange rates.

11. Changes

We may change these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place an order.
